1. Booking & payment

Sessions are booked by appointment. Payment details and methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Sessions are confirmed only once payment is received.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 48 hours of a booking may be subject to a charge. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. AlphaPilotAPS subscription

The AlphaPilotAPS (SimReady™) subscription is a rolling monthly plan at £90/month, including 2 hours of simulator time, community access and sponsored basic training. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Unused sim hours do not roll over beyond the subscription month unless otherwise agreed.

4. Conduct & safety

All participants must follow instructor guidance at all times. AlphaTech reserves the right to terminate any session where conduct compromises safety or the integrity of the equipment.

5. Simulator nature

Our Airbus A320 simulator is a fixed-base training device. It does not provide motion and is not a certified full-flight simulator. It is used for procedure training, assessment preparation and experiential flights.

6. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Vouchers are transferable but may not be resold.

7. Liability

AlphaTech accepts no liability for personal belongings left on the premises. Participation is at your own risk subject to our safety briefing.
